Hello!I am currently searching for a roommate(s), as I’m moving to San Diego in late August or September. I’d like to rent a pet friendly house or townhome, with our own personal bathrooms and parking spaces, and W/D hookups if laundry isn’t already in the unit. My max budget is listed, to have wiggle room for utilities and pet rent. Not picky on location, but there are some neighborhoods that my friends have advised I avoid. I know my desired rental attributes aren’t common, but I’ve already found a bunch of pet-friendly rentals between twenty-two and twenty *mine hundred available that would be a great price if 2+ people can afford it! So someone with a similar budget is preferred.A little about me- I was recently hired at a university to work in an Athletic Department. Born & raised in AZ, so the heat and traffic don’t bother me much. No kids, just two fur babies-Maverick (4) and Penny (1)-that love people and love to cuddle. And although I love cats, unfortunately I’m allergic (like anaphylactic allergic) , so I’ll need a home without them. I don’t smoke/drug free, but I’m not against any “April holiday” friendly individuals (but most properties are smoke-free regardless). I’m the “down for whatever” type-so if you’re down, I’m up for beach days, bars, video games, sporting events, and my personal favorite sleeping in.
