i’m looking for someone in their twenties/ thirties to sublease my bedroom in pacific beach just 2 blocks from the beach and the bay. about the place 🏠:▫️the apt is all remodeled with hardwood floors built-in-desk stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. it has a patio, in unit washer and drier, dishwasher, air conditioning and central heating. for exterior amenities there’s an outdoor shower for the beach as well as security gates and high fences around the perimeter of the unit. 🚗 parking spot off street. (there’s always plenty)move in date: between mid september and october 1st. ▫️security deposit is the same as the rent’s price.✨3+month lease (minimum).**this is the price for the bedroom you’re renting, NOT for the whole place. the living room and kitchen are all furnished and I’m leaving all of my things in my bedroom (big tv dresser night stand and king size bed) so you won’t need to worry about buying anything. you'll be sharing the space with my friend Ryan who is thirty years old. he is a real estate agent who works full time and is very kind respectful easy going and lives an active life.❌if you’re in the party scene or like having people over often this isn’t the place for you! ❌ no couples sorry!
