Large family house with a nice private ’ room off the front door. The shared bathroom is next to the room. Access to laundry and common areas of the house. The rent includes all utilities and wireless internet. Will be asking for a $ deposits with a $ non refundable cleaning fee. There will only be street parking off a private residential road. We have pets and will consider another but that will be an individual conversation.

Looking for some roommates to fill some soon-to-be vacant rooms, must be 🍃 friendly as i will be dabbing in my room. Regular 🍃 must be in the garage or outside. I would prefer, but not required, for you to be a night-owl as I work graveyard and on my nights off I'm up all night and I do not want to worry about waking you up. Any messes (i.e. dirty dishes, trash, personal belongings) must be cleaned within 2 days. The house is not furnished, especially the living room. I will be investing in furnishing the living room in January.
