You would have one bedroom as your own as well as a shared space (second living room or dining room) that has room for furniture etc. and you can use this space as well. Your room would have the largest closet in the house as well as access to the attic for storage. As far as bills, it’s just electric and internet we pay for. Rent is always paid in cash to the landlord by the third of each month. This house is considered a triplex, but we only have one wall, in the living room, shared with another home and our own fenced in yard. There are parking spots in the back. I just have one car.
