Located in the Lyndale neighborhood in South Minneapolis, the apartment is just a few blocks from Nicollet Avenue with easy access to I-. The building is close to major bus routes. We have additional storage for bikes and such in the basement and in-building coin-operated laundry. There are two off street parking spots in the back alley and on-street parking available for the third roommate. Unfortunately, the building is not ADA / wheelchair accessible.There will be space available for furniture you'd like to bring with you.*Mandatory credit and background check through the company.
