Hello, My name is Katrina. I am and I’m looking to move out of my grandmas house. I’m normally pretty quiet and keep to myself. A true introvert at heart. I have a reasonably bad social anxiety, but once I get to know you things should be alright. Also when I get to know you, or sometime even with new people I will either keep quiet and not say much bc I’m a big listener. Or I be just rambling word vomit that sometimes has a point but sometimes doesn’t it’s normally a crapshoot on if it’s actually relevant or not😂. I am currently between jobs, but do have a selfstarted business that I get good supplemental income from. I’m currently holding off on applying anywhere till I find a place to stay so I can get a job close to there so I can save as much money on gas as possible. I have money saved up and everything and can pay for my first three months rent. (Perferably not all upfront but can if that is a worry.) I only have a few friends. I tend to keep my circle small. I have a friend who just recently had a baby who may want to visit during the day every once in a while, but if you prefer no guests I can meet her outside. I have one close friend who I would like to be able to spend the night with me fairly often if possible. If not that’s fine I will just spend those nights at my grandmas house then. And same goes for if I get into a relationship. I would like for my significant other to be able to come over and stay with me. But again if not I will obviously accommodate. Tell me all your rules, exactly how you like things and don’t like things, and if you every have any issues I am a mature adult who’s biggest thing is communication. If you clearly communicate with me any concerns or requests with clear well thought out questions/ requests/ replies we will get along great. And what I mean by replies is if you’re replying to something I said or did and you’re upset or angry be mature and think about what you want to say and how you want to say it before speaking.
