I’ve had male (1yr) & female (6mo) roommates & I’m very chill. Idc how many ppl you have over and how long just give me a heads up. I would like a roommate who respect those same boundaries because there will be times I may have a male interest over at night and I don’t want it to be an issue (very rare). I like to keep my living space moderately clean but I’m not a neat freak, just don’t be gross lol. I’m very much an effective communicator and like to roomates to feel comfortable discussing anything that may arise
