I am looking for a roommate to move in ASAP into my Full bathrooms Sq ft house. Located off the exit of Parker and mins from downtown in a very safe classic Denver neighborhood called DamEast. The night has an HOA, pool, greenways with connecting walk paths throughout the neighborhood. I also have 6 security cameras for extra safety tied to an app with alerts. I have a hot tub you can use and a pool table room as well if you want to have friends over to play you’re welcome to use it anytime. I have a fully trained deaf Aussie Shepherd and landlord doesnt want any more pets. ABOUT ME: I’m a year old finance professional that works hybrid from home but I am mainly on the road during the week.
