Looking for a room or basement apartment with a private bath, unfurnished. I have an almost 2 year old. I also have 2 small senior dogs under pounds. Only comfortable with women/LGBTQ+ roommates if it's not a basement. Looking to move at the beginning of the year Feb/May. I get along with anyone but mostly keep to myself.
