Hello! I’m subletting my room at the Cottages of Boone ( Makers Lane). Looking for any takers ASAP! The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths but this is just for my room. It’s Room C with the best view out of all bedrooms! I pay $ a month in total. October and November is paid for so no need to worry about that! There are only 3 girls living here at the moment. 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs! All of the girls go to Appalachian State! My roommates are great people with a pet friendly home who love nature and the mountains! They cleaned and repainted my bedroom before I moved in as well, so there are clean carpets in the bedroom! No stains! The dishwasher doesn’t work but other than that everything works perfect! I love the amenities that come with living here! There’s a pool, a lounge room with games like ping pong and pool, a sauna, a yoga room, and a gym! Boone is a beautiful place with so much to do! Along with dog parks, hammocks, etc!
