I am looking for either a studio or a 1 BHK apartment for rent near the west side preferably near A&W walking distance.. with laundry included in the apartment or building.. utilities can be included or separate from the rent. I dont mind if its not furnished but if its furnished then even better. Most of these amenities is not necessary but if it comes with the apartment then its good.
