The location is not on a bus line, so transportation might be needed. There are some fast food places, a grocery store and various other shops close by. Also, relatively easy access to the interstate means getting to Florence or even Cincinnati is not too difficult. The household does have an indoor cat and dog already, so more pets are not ideal.
