My house is more a chill relax on your own vibe vs having people come over to hangout. If you want someone to come over, again I HAVE to be home, they also have to be out by pm so we can all shutdown for the night. When I am traveling, NO ONE can come over. I just have to make him know he's #1 person in the house.-lock doors when coming and going-dishes in dishwasher in hours-looking for a nonsmoker no drugs or smoking or vapes. Alcohol is fine-feel free to open windows when AC or heat is not on. Close them before leaving the house. -have wifi but no cable - TV in the main room has multiple apps on it and available.-Parking is on the street

The room is the picture with the computer desks and large closet and will be empty and clean for you to move in. The large private bathroom is right outside your room. We have our own bathroom. Washer and dryer in the house and community has pool and large grassy areas. We have a dog with minimal shedding who loves to cuddle and sleeps most of the day. Any help playing with him and letting him out to use the restroom is appreciated! We are looking for somebody who doesn’t play loud music or have too many guests over. All other parts of the house are shared. We both work and go to the gym after work. At night when we are home, we usually play video games or watch tv shows most evenings.
