There is a ton of living space and a balcony, which is even better when the tree right outside has leaves. We have in unit laundry, dishwasher, central AC/heat and are top floor. Parking is a close and it is a very quiet area.There is also a common living room that I am not doing much with right now. I would love to decorate it together and make it more of a home.I am looking for a roommate who works regular hours outside the home, or has a hybrid schedule without taking many meetings where you have to speak. The upstairs loft that is all yours is a great spot to have an office, but there is nothing blocking the sound from the rest of the apartment. I teach ballroom and Latin dance for a living and work mostly evenings, so if you work daytime outside the home, we will both have a good amount of time in the apartment ourselves. No pets please.
