One more keyed door into the building-4th floor walk up. -It’s on the border of South Slope and Sunset Park, there are so many fabulous places within walking distance. -There’s a laundry mat, a cafe, florist, wine shop and a diner right downstairs! Grocery, restaurants, bars, Greenwood cemetery, all within blocks. ____________-The apartment is furnished other than your bedroom. -Wood floors, brick wall in the living room, lots of art. -There’s one shared bathroom and a narrow kitchen, lined with bookshelves.
