Looking to sublet a room in my apartment on S Union Street ASAP-June 1st. Rent is plus utilities. I have two wonderful roomates (women) who are currently students at UVM. The apartment is a minute walk from UVM campus, a 3 min walk from Champlain campus or church street. The room comes with a parking pass to the parking lot behind the building, and there’s free laundry in the building next door that you’ll have access to. I am a low key guy and usually out of the house working, snowboarding, fishing, backpacking, or hiking. I am clean and organized but don’t have issues with varying levels of cleanliness. Typically I get up around and sometimes come home late due to work but I am quiet and won’t disturb those who are in bed earlier as my current roommates do .The house is at the top of Bradley street and is less than .2 miles from UVM campus. Rent is $ per person and we only pay for electrical and wifi which end up being around $ per person. Heat is included and strong in the winter! The house comes with 1 parking spot in the back lot and permit parking on Bradley street through the town.
