One bedroom apartment in a luxury building. You would sleep in the living room either on the Barcelona daybed or the Room & Board pullout sofa with a Tempur-pedic topper, which is quite comfortable. There’s a laundry room in the unit that is actually a fairly large space. The place is beautifully furnished, well organized and very clean. New unit that I’ve had since last year. Your half of the rent is much lower since I’m staying in the bedroom. The building has a large lounge, a gym, package room and two roof decks. I reserve the right to terminate our agreement if it’s not working out.
