I'm working on my life goals and want to save more money for them. The apartment includes in-unit laundry, and the monthly rent is between $, plus utilities like electricity and internet ($). The apartments are located at Arista Pl, or Arista Uptown Apartments. To move in, you only need to pay a $ deposit, sign a lease agreement, and the first month's rent is due at the end of January. Sometimes I like to stay home watching documentaries, and other times I enjoy going hiking. I'm very neat and tidy, but obviously, your bathroom and room are your own space. I don't have any addictions, and you'll probably see me doing some kind of sport or cooking most of the time. I don't have any pets, but if you do and want to bring one, there's an additional fee in the lease agreement. I speak Spanish and English, and I'm currently studying Russian. I like to do yoga in the mornings, and in my free time, I practice DJing once a week, so I'll only be making noise one day a week.
