Hey! I’m looking to sublease a room in a female only space from January to June/July. I have a pet cat that would be coming with me. I’m , clean quiet and pretty chill. I’ll be working full time then starting school at ASU in the fall. Not looking for a party house, I’m pretty focused on work/school.
