I am looking for someone to sublet my STUDIO apartment at Elara at the Sawmill!It is the base rent of $ monthly, with utilities varying ($), and the parking pass is $ every month, depending on which one you choose.I am looking to be out of this apartment by the end of December - even earlier if possible (around the th or so - will pay the December rent in full as well as the relet fees!).I am willing to send videos, pictures, or FaceTime if someone wants to see the exact floor plan.
