Hi, my name is Kevin. I am looking for a roommate. The room I have has a Twin XL bed already in it. The rent includes water, heat, power and internet. The suite has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer, no need for a laundromat. It has a full bathroom as well as a half bathroom, the half bathroom is the private one listed and directly across the hallway to the room, but the tub/shower is in the main bathroom. The building itself is non-smoking, this includes the entire property, balconies and parking lot. Photos are from when I first moved in, before any furniture was in place.
