I have a room available all utilities included! The two rooms are downstairs so you can pick which one as the other is my office my room is upstairs so you will have your own bathroom for yourself. I can include a bed and tv if needed. The home is .5 bathrooms washer and dryer. There is access to outside patio from either rooms. The whole house is now furnished. The common areas keep clean and use as needed. I do have 2 Goldendoodles but they do not go downstairs
