Hi there, I’m Natasha I have been connected with UNISON HOUSING in the Melbourne area but staying in hotels currently- couch surfing. I do have an income so I can afford to pay rent. I don’t have money saved at the minute to afford bond but will be able to go for a bond loan through VIC housing, or to pay it off. I don’t mind. - hopefully can come to a negotiation. I am clean person, I stick to myself (so won’t have a lot of guests, people over) , I am quiet, I communicate well so if I have any concerns/ issues with rent etc will communicate it before it’s too late. I like to stick to a routine, but need to be stable more so, so I can get a NDIS support worker.
