Hello I have a bedroom in a regular sized 4 bedroom house I would like to rent out to the right person. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs one of which is an office/photo studio the other would be yours. I use the bedrooms downstairs so in general the upstairs living room would be all yours.Utilities paid, central heating, great air conditioning, laundry, private bathroom and full sized kitchen.
