I’m looking for a room for rent with all utilities included. Somewhere around northside of Chicago, Belmont Cragin, North Austin, and Irving Park Rd. A smoke free environment pet friendly is okay but I don’t have no pet. I don’t need a parking space but I’m looking for a place close to access to CTA bus stops and train station is a must. I’m very chill and quiet person mostly inside my room reading books, watch TV every now and then, and I like to cook filipino dish mostly. I like a very responsibie roommate that is very clean and cleaning the place and sharing responsibilities on that I can share. I love boundaries, as long as we respect each others boundaries, we’re good. If there is something I’m doing that I’m not suppose to, I love straight forward people that will tell me so.
