The apartment is great! Not only is the location wonderful (Cap Hill, right in the heart of Denver), but it's a bath with exposed brick, a working fireplace, and a huge patio! In addition to sharing the full bath, you'd have the bath to yourself since I don't use it. I currently do not have any pets, but I am open to having a pet in the house!Happy to answer any questions.
