I just bought my first investment property. I have done property management, health services as well as work in the film industry and this property is what I have to show for all my hard work. To help with inflation, high rent amounts and high mortgages. I find it easier to rent to roommates rather than someone not being able to afford an entire apartment themselves. I put myself in others shoes always. I also choose to rent both rooms individually to roommates that mesh together within the same age range and likes. (I do not live in the apartment, I own the property and available and both bedrooms are available currently with or without a queen bedroom 1 shared bathroom, backyard, deck and yes the super cool chess board. Safety, back ground checks, deposits and proof of income is priority to me and I don’t just rent to anyone. As for pets I don’t allow pets incase of allergies amongst roommates. Parking, washer dryer, lawn care, sewer and water included, pool care and landscaping. Electric, is an even split amongst roomies. This is an affordable safe place and area located close to Fred Howard beach, honey moon beach and Clearwater beach. Also close to tarpon springs sponge docks, downtown palm harbor and Dunedin. Amazing nightlife and restaurants. 5 minutes from advent heath north pinellas and 5 minutes to spc college in tarpon springs. Lastly, a 5 minute walk to a trolley stop and pinellas trail that takes you to all the fun places if you don’t have a vehicle! So proud of this place and would love to rent it to inspiring professionals!
