I’m a middle aged professional woman in healthcare (I’m GP). going through a divorce. Currently own a home in bellevue where my ex and children live and I’d like to have my own place that is near my kids. My two children won’t live with me by they will spend time there occasionally. I have good references and excellent credit. Always pay my rent on time and I have my current and previous landlord’s statement to prove that. ideally someone’s ADU or in law.
