So my current roommate is moving out and I'm looking to replace her. It would be one bedroom plus your own office space (roommate currently uses it as a getting ready room). Shared bathroom but I'm never really home so have never had issues with that. I have a sweet yellow lab who won't go in your spaces. She'll just want to say hi when you come home. I have the common spaces in the apartment furnished (those pictures are from before I furnished it). It would be $ plus utilities (electric/wifi is roughly $/month each). I am 2 seconds away from /saw mill. Also very easy access to metro north. We have some yard space that I have a fire pit set up in. Parking, snow removal, garbage removal and landscaping are included in rent!
