Looking to sign a year lease with a roommate in East Fort Worth/North Arlington area around mid/early July. Very tidy, sincere, and considerate. I keep to myself for the most part when at home cos I’m normally exhausted by the end of the day, but can be very sociable. I expect mutual respect.
