Hello, I am a -year-old gay man who loves living in Brooklyn. I have a Master's in Public Administration from NYU, and currently work full time in medical education (4 days remote, 1 day in office per week). Needs for shared space: Because I work from my room the majority of the time, I do need an environment conducive to focus as well as someone who appreciates the value of personal space. I believe in good communication and mutual respect demonstrated through measured volume and clean habits, although I definitely don't consider myself uptight. Otherwise, I am a serious runner who enjoys woodworking and picking up new hobbies and getting out of the apartment. I have a huge sweet tooth and do drink in moderation.
