I’m looking for a room to rent out. I don’t party/drink/smoke but i’m not opposed to hanging out if we click. Pretty kept to myself and organized. I do have my own furniture so an unfinished space would be preferred. I do have a small dog (mini dachshund and chihuahua mix) and he’s pretty good with other pets.
