Hi! I’m currently a year old analyst and I’ve been living in NYC for a year. I go to bed late and wake up around 8 AM. I’m a super heavy sleeper and I don’t have guests over as long as I have a heads up. I would say I’m pretty clean and I take feedback really well (ie. if I’m making too much noise). START DATE I currently want to renew my apartment but my roommate is moving out. The apartment is on the top floor (9th) of a pre-war building on a tree lined street in Hell’s Kitchen. The kitchen is renovated - stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, and gas stove. It has a huge living room with tons of closet space. The room available has a bay window facing North. There is a hr doorman and laundry in the basement. Also, there is no fee pets nor is the a pet weight limit and I welcome any pet (: Let me know if you want to see pictures!
