I have a beautiful bath private apartment with pool access and a balcony. Home comes with security, wifi, lawn care, water, pool care, one parking spot, and washer dryer. It has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and stove. . My tenants are looking for one more girl as I rent to females only. Girls are responsible for an even split of the electric bill. I do individual agreements so that no one is responsible for anyone’s rent should another girl leave when you are not. No pets as roommates have had allergies and or couples. This is for one person per room. In which there are 3 rooms and 3 parking spots total. I require an application for safety of the roomies.
