You will also have access to all the shared spaces such as the kitchen, den, living, and dining rooms. There is storage in the backyard as well and under the stairs should they need to be used. I’m preferably looking for someone who has a steady job or is a student, who is clean, considerate, kind, queer/an LGBT ally, and willing to communicate if any questions or issues arise. The lease can be month to month, months, or months depending on what you would like to do or what your situation is. I’m very flexible and easygoing, and I work most weekdays so I am home mainly nights and weekends. On my days off I enjoy binging Netflix, playing video games, or going out with friends.
