From you I will need: proof of employment/paystubs. A credit karma score of or above and the funds for the application fee. ($)Total move in cost is -$ Move in Day is October .You will need to go to the leasing office to go fill out the application before the th of October you will also need to sign the addendum and get put on the rent portal so you can pay your rent online. So about the place!It’s a quiet neighborhood extremely short distance to USC/DTLA. Access to the I- freeway in minutes. friendly 🍃 small pets under lbs allowed ONLY. The duplex was built in and you are guaranteed one ☝🏾 parking spot covered or uncovered which ever you prefer. The place is pretty much empty during the day since everyone is at work. I try to have quiet time start at pm just to be courteous to those trying to sleep before work. The utilities (gas, wifi, water/electricity/garbage) typically run about $ a month.
