You will be sharing the house with the husband and wife owners (living on the top floor), 1 other roommate in the basement and 2 roommates on the main floor. This is a fun and quirky house (but not a "party house") - everybody gets along well. We are multi-cultural, age range 's, a mix of men and women. Nice big shared kitchen, shared bathrooms (1 on each floor), wood-burning fireplace, breakfast nook, dining room, outdoor BBQ and picnic table. We have a big vegetable garden in the yard and 7 chickens (fresh eggs!). Rec room has a large screen TV to share. Plenty of parking spaces. Washer and Dryer in the house. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later. Landlord is kind of a stickler and requests equivalent first/last/deposit upon move in but you just won’t pay your last month and deposit will be returned at the end of lease term.
