Unfurnished room for a single person in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment, available April 1st (move-in date is flexible). The available room is spacious, filled with natural light, and includes a walk-in closet and private balcony overlooking the Channel Islands. I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in the Montalvo neighborhood. The apartment has air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and private detached garage with room for some storage and parking for your car. The building comes with a gym, pool and hot tub, a billiards room, and a rooftop patio. The This apartment is located in walking distance of several restaurants, grocery stores, and parks — so you can enjoy everything you need close by. I’m a female in my thirties who works outside the home. I'm looking for a considerate, mellow roommate who is tidy and responsible. Must be willing to sign a lease.

We’re 2 minutes away from a target, a mall, and a Trader Joe’s. Only 6 minutes away from the Ventura City Beach. We’re in midtown Ventura and pretty much any grocery store you’d want is very close by. The room has new hardwood floors and is freshly painted. The kitchen/living/dining room is shared but we are fully stocked on appliances. In a beautiful neighborhood close to an elementary school and a park. There is parking but it’s street parking right outside. We’re on the bottom floor and there’s laundry right across the hall. We’re looking to have someone take over the other room, as our roommate is moving out. Me and my boyfriend are in the other room. My boyfriend is working full time Monday-Friday, and I will be starting a doctorate program in late August of this year, so we are both busy most of the time. I do a lot of pet sitting, so it is preferable that you are welcome to having a pet in the house (I only do 1 dog or cat at a time) but have no pets of your own. (just to be safe! :)) Were pretty quit and I travel home a lot so there will be a lot of periods where I’m out of the house for a week or so at a time, and my boyfriend plays a lot of volleyball on the weekends so we’re often out and about. We’re both in our early s and we’re very clean and considerate people! For fun we love to play video games and watch tv (we’re a bit nerdy lol) and I do a lot of baking so I hope you like constant sweet treats! :)
