On a culdesac in a family friendly neighborhood in Del Cerro. The room:— square foot room with a sq foot closet. Will have a shared bathroom. —Great vintage vibe to the house and in great shape. —Washer dryer, large kitchen and living room area as well as big backyard and patio/ grill area in the back. I’m looking ideally for grad students or young working adults who don’t drink/ smoke/ party too much.
