Room for rent on third floor, room unfurnished, the room won’t be available till the beginning of November. Rent is not including electricity, that’s shared between all roommates and the end of month. Washer and dryer in hallway, living room and kitchen fully accessible. We are missing a door though to the restroom that is shared , it’s covered by a blanket, trying to fix that asap though. About the roommatesCody - super chill , usually with girlfriend or at work , plays video games and likes to go on adventures. Likes to be respectful and boundaries are a must. Has a golden doodle pup, she’s a sweetheart Kyler - chill as well, likes to talk and makes friends. Likes to work out and go out with friends. Doesn’t invite people over nor does Cody. The house is not for partying. All we ask is to be respectful, you can have who ever you want at the house just not a lot of people all at once

This huge master room has a walk in closet and it’s own private bath with a huge storage closet and is furnished with a queen size bed, mini fridge, dresser, headboard with built in shelves, lamps, keypad lock on the bedroom door. The pictures do not do it justice at all. The deposit / move in fee is half the monthly. The deposit is refunded as long as there are no damages and in the same condition as when you moved into it and a thirty days move out notice is given.I have been an Airbnb Super Host for the past decade! I have almost a thousand positive reviews from people staying in my home 😊 I accept couples, people with bad credit and/or evictions depending on circumstances. I will even consider a cat or dog for the person renting this room depending on the demeanor of your animal because we already have one very sweet extremely quiet dog living at the house. Monthly rent starts at fifteen hundred and is increased based on how many people and if there will be a pet renting the room. My home is a kind, drama free, mature, trustworthy, authentic, environmentally friendly, equal rights, fun, peaceful, safe, cozy, professional minded environment. I accept rent paid weekly and biweekly. Rent Includes furnished room with bedding, towels, utilities, wifi and I even provide common amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc All common areas get deep cleaned every week.
