Hello, I'm a -year-old single female living with my -year-old gay male bff. We're both friendly and considerate people and we're looking for a respectful and responsible roommate. We have one bedroom and a shared bathroom available. But my roommate is often traveling. So you'll have a private bathroom and one side of the house to yourself more often than not. This is a sober environment as well. So there's no partying or use of any kind welcome here, please. The house is fully equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, and many home appliances as well. There's hardwood floors, plenty of storage, and wifi available too. It has an outside storage shed, an outside art studio, and a covered driveway with room for your car also. We reside in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood minutes from the bus and grocery store as well. We're also very close to downtown and near plenty of shopping. The house is mostly furnished aside from the available room. Although anyone can add to the rest of the common area too. We have an a kitty and leopard gecko and we will accept more animals on a case by case basis. Our home is our sanctuary and therefore we're looking for a like-minded person with a healthy attitude and a good positive energy. The house is lightly furnished. Along with the room, the rental includes square feet of living space between the main level and the bedroom floor. My room is in a finished basement. The yard is a rare gem in Seattle and is terraced. It has downtown and Harbor Island views from the top terrace. It is a short, easy 5 minute walk to the C-Line and immediate access to the West Seattle Bridge. Easy walk the Alaska Junction, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, QFC, Starbucks, LA Fitness, the Y, restaurants and much more. Parking is available and free. The move-in fee is a key deposit and is fully refundable. I also have a gym set up in the garage. I am the home owner, and I work in Seattle; my family (wife and children) are currently living out of state to care for aging family. I travel back and forth each month.
