This rent price includes ALL UTILITIES + high speed internet, full laundry room, Amazon Prime (free Grub hub & Amazon TV) Netflix, Apple TV +, Microsoft Office Suite, Norton, Full Alarm System, Garage parking, extra storage space in garage, great kitchen w/many kewl appliances, great neighborhood, awesome roommate and more!!
