My husband and I are renting out two bedrooms in our 4 bedroom house with all utilities included! Located in a new subdivision in Vancouver, Wa. Home is barely 2 years old and close to both I message me for questions.

We have 1 room coming available March . We do have a hold over space if you need earlier move in.We run just $/m including utilities and WiFi, maid service and yard service. Yes it’s pretty discounted to make it affordable for our young gents.Husband and wife professionals have rented 3 of our furnished rooms to year old single guys the last years. We are college Professor/Real Estate Admins/Church Youth Staff folks, one yr old Clark College student son, yr old working roomie boys and our Tonkinese lap cats. About the space: You would have your own bathroom right outside your bedroom. In unit washer/dryer, central air, and elevator access. This unit comes with optional garage parking for an additional fee. Located in North Portland very close to i5. The bedroom is big enough for a full or queen size bed and a dresser or desk. There is also a den space that can be shared if you need to put a desk there.Cost: $ includes MOST utilities. Electric would be split and varies month to month. Internet is $ each. What I’m looking for: ideally someone who is a fellow introvert and doesn’t have guests over often. I’m pretty laid back with most things, but please clean up after yourself. Must be ok living with 2 cats. I work a stable m-f schedule and like to keep to myself most of the time. **NO more pets allowed**

Hidie ho neighborinos! I lost my job unexpectedly last month, and due to low funds, we're unfortunately having to send my kids to live with their dad miles away for the foreseeable future. So my partner and I (both trans) are either looking for a roommate/couple to move into the main big room with an attached bathroom at $ish a month or a complete rent takeover. The full rent is $ a month. We're in SE Vancouver. The house is bath, two living areas, a garage, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a fully fenced backyard. If you'd like to be our roomie, we likely could squeeze one more dog in if needed, we just have two pitties already. Both super friendly though. The rental company has no breed restrictions!
