DIY completely and would absolutely love someone who would enjoy learning about the work I am doing, as you could be a home owner one day and I am more than willing to pass on knowledge. Neat, tidy, clean, pays rent on time, and I would say no sub-lease please. Just one person, as this is my very first home and I have already had my bad first roommate. The bedroom has a closet, carpet floors currently, plans to replace and update the electrical, which should not take long, once we start up again in the spring!Window air conditioning units, brand new over the oven microwave installed, dishwasher installed, brand new washer and dryer, still finishing remodel in dining room and kitchen, should be wrapped up by end of this month. I have items currently in the room and still have need to clean it out.
