You’ll share a full bathroom with two roommates (double sinks + tub/shower), plus there’s an additional half bath downstairs. (bedroom will be unfurnished - you will need your own bed etc.) THE HOUSE: You’d be the 5th housemate. Currently two women and two men, all around age 30. One long-term couple and two other independent roommates. We’ve been friends for years and value open communication and a respectful, low-drama home. The house has a front porch, large deck, garden space, washer/dryer, and an extra fridge/freezer in the garage. Driveway parking (2 spots) plus easy street parking. RENT: $800/month + evenly split utilities (internet about $19/person; other utilities vary seasonally). CREATIVE HOME: The house also functions as a recording studio/band practice space. Sessions are scheduled in advance with time limits and no loud noise after 9:30pm. There’s also occasional daytime music. HOUSE RULES: No cigarettes on the property. Weed outside only.
