Complete with a terrace and a screened patio. All utilities included. Peaceful and very clean with water view. Pool and jacuzzi access. Workout facilities are onsite. Publix grocery store is walking distance away; located in adjacent shopping plaza. Plenty of good restaurants within a mile from this beautiful man-gated community.

I am renting out a room in my house in the Metro West area. You would have your own room and bathroom. We can share the living space and I have a large backyard. Rent is for the month and we would split utilities and WiFi.
