There is a large outdoor deck and patio area with a hot tub and indoor swimming pool that is open part of the year This room would include the use of the family room, kitchen, dining area, private refrigerator space, and private storage for food, outdoor decks, patios, hot tub , and pool when open. There is a dishwasher, and tv in the kitchen with eat at granite bar area with bar chairs.The washer dryer are included. All toiletries, food, soap, detergent, etc. are not included and there is no sharing. There are no overnight guests no pets. I am a clean, layback and would be looking for a roommate that shares these qualities. The house has hardwood floors. I consider this a very nice place to stay and live.
