The common area includes a living room, dining room, full kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, half bath, outdoor patio with fenced-in yard. The 2nd floor space, which you’d be renting, includes of which can easily be used as a work-from-home office—along with your own private full bathroom and three full closets for ample storage.
