I live in a gated community condo in the Bartram Park/Durbin Creek area. I have a bath condo. I have an option to rent rooms with private bathroom. I have one furnished room, $ all utilities or if you need additional space, I will rent both rooms for $. The second room is a flex room ( no closet) but it can be used as your own private TV/living area. Both rooms are the same size. It’s like having your own studio apartment. Rooms are meticulously clean. The layout of the condo allows for your own personal privacy. Pool and gym on . Durbin Creek shopping and Baptist South about 3 miles away.

Am flexible on price and stuff. My best friends moved back to California with their parents because of financial issues. I travel for work and am gone 3 weeks out of the month. I have the master room and it is on opposite side of other rooms. 3 rooms to chose from and you get your own bathroom. Super nice and safe area. Our current roommates are a couple and they used one space as their bedroom and the other as an office/living room!
