The apartment is conveniently located in Mira Mesa, right off Carroll Canyon Road, and is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, Lake Miramar, breweries, and grocery stores. It’s only a -minute drive to North Park and less than minutes to the beaches. Very equidistant between north county and south San Diego. The apartment comes fully furnished (except your room), with a porch and access to community amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, grill, and a small gym. Your room will have its own bathroom and two spacious storage closets. I’m also providing a Queen mattress and frame for your room at no additional cost. Rent is $/month + utilities ($), and there is a credit check and application fee. It is a month to month lease but minimum stay is months, and a minimum of a -day notice is required if you plan to move out. What I'm looking for: A female between the ages who works outside of the home (no hybrid/or remote schedules), is clean, responsible, and someone who tends to stay healthy/doesn't experience getting sick often. Someone who is dog friendly & pet aware, and does not bring guests over often. There will be no room for additional pets and couples will not be considered.
